Saving Specific Search Results

April 2, 2012

Dear MHMLS Member:

Saving Specific Search Results

There are times when you execute a search and after reviewing the Search Results page select the listings of interest for your purpose. Once selected there was no way to get back to them without executing the search again and manually selecting the listings, if you remembered the ones you selected. We have worked on this for a while and we are happy to bring you a solution.

To view instructions log into the system then go to TOOLKIT, Forms and Documents, System Enhancements 2012 and click on the file named Saving Specific Results.

I hope you will find this improvement beneficial.

Regards,

Santo (Sandy) Tambone

Photo Display Upgrade

Photo Display Upgrade – Phase 1

We doubled the file size of the photos being delivered to all your IDX web sites and the numerous web sites where our listings appear. It will be up to them to incorporate them into the site. This will give your images more resolution and snap when viewed by the public. This process will affect listing images you upload from today forward.

On the MHMLS site you now have the option to click on the image to see the higher resolution image in the size it is being sent to the IDX and public sites.

This is Phase 1 of 2. In Phase 2 we are working on putting on line a native server, hopefully by year’s end, to provide even higher resolution images. I will let you know when that occurs. There is a balance when putting extreme high resolution images on the web. One important consideration is the time necessary to download the images. Today’s digital cameras are delivering images in the 10, 12, 18 and higher megapixel file size. If a listing were to have 15, 12 megapixel photos and you did a search returning 30 listings the time to download the images would be significant.

We hope you find the upgrade helpful.

MHMLS Houses Floyd Wickman Course

MHMLS donated its classroom facilities for a broker sponsored Floyd Wickman seminar. Thirteen (13) agents from Realty Executives Williams
Sykes, Century 21 Anita Ferri, ReMax Realty Center, Prudential Serls, Houlihan
Lawerence, and Weichert Realtors have been inducted into the Master Sales
Society™, an international association comprised of an elite group of sales
professionals who have successfully accomplished the level of MASTER. Members of this Society share an
uncompromising commitment to provide the highest level of professionalism,
service and integrity to their clients while subscribing to a set of essential
CORE VALUES.

This distinction is earned by the very few
committed real estate professionals who place value and service of their
clients above all else.

On March 27th they completed
forty-two days of training and took an oath to uphold the high standards and
Core Values that the Master Sales Society demands. Less than 1% of all REALTORS nationwide have
earned this select designation.

Society founder and nationally acclaimed
speaker Floyd Wickman shared, “It’s a tremendous thing to make this kind of
commitment to your profession and your clients. These agents have taken that
step, put in the hard work, and we’re thrilled and proud to have them join our
Master Sales Society family of professionals.”

Below are some of the comments from
graduating agents.

“Best thing I ever did for my career”.

“My business is rooted in the service I can
provide and the trust I earn from my clients.”

“This training helped make it possible for
me to bring the best practices in the industry to my clients.”

“The standards are high and the training is
tough, but my clients deserve the best and that’s what I’m going to
deliver!”
