Tax Credit Closing Deadline Extended

Congress has passed the bill extending the Homebuyer’s Tax Credit closing deadline to September 30, 2010. The extension only applies to signed contracts in place as of April 30, 2010 that have not closed yet. Please note this does NOT extend the tax Credit program it only extends the time to close the property that was in contract on or before April 30, 2010.
